Luuloom is an online marketplace connecting customers with verified Indian artisans and crafters. By using our platform — whether as a buyer or a seller — you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
Crafters must complete identity and craft verification before listing products. Luuloom reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate our quality standards or community guidelines. Crafters earn 87% of the product sale price; Luuloom retains a 13% platform fee to cover payment processing and operations.
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Once an order is placed and payment is successful, the order is binding. Cancellations are only accepted before the order is marked as Packed by the crafter.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by crafters. Luuloom is not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for damaged or significantly misrepresented items. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. Handmade items are one-of-a-kind; minor variations from product photos are not grounds for return.
You may not use Luuloom to list counterfeit goods, mislead buyers about product origins, engage in price manipulation, or circumvent the platform to conduct transactions off-platform.
Crafters retain ownership of their original artwork and designs. By uploading content to Luuloom, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content on our platform for marketing purposes.
Luuloom is a marketplace platform and is not the manufacturer or seller of goods. We are not liable for product defects beyond our refund policy. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the disputed order.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
