Because Luuloom items are handmade, some products are made-to-order. Once a crafter receives your order, they typically package and ship it within 2-4 business days. Standard delivery across India takes 3-7 business days from dispatch.
Our crafters use secure, custom packaging for delicate items like ceramics, pottery, and framed paintings. We prioritize eco-friendly, recyclable materials (paper fillings, honeycomb wrap, cardboard) to protect both your craft and the planet.
We partner with leading Indian logistics providers including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post. As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be generated and shared with you via email.
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery PIN code. You will see the exact shipping fees displayed on the checkout screen. Many of our crafters offer free shipping on larger cart amounts.
Some items are crafted only after you place your order. The crafter needs a few extra days to spin, paint, mold, or stitch the item before shipping. Please check the "Estimated Dispatch Time" on the product detail page before buying.
