• Crafters: your name and delivery address to fulfil orders
• Shipping partners: name and address for delivery
• Razorpay: payment processing
• Resend / Cloudinary: email delivery and media hosting

Your data is stored on secure servers in India. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS, bcrypt for passwords). Payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay and never stored on our servers.
